Project Management:Project Management plays a pivotal role during the R&D design, prototype and production process. Our PM team is responsible for delivering the most efficient use of materials and manufacturing techniques, to ensure greater, more cost efficient productivity but without comprising on quality and safety.

Stage 6 Inspection and Testing

We use advanced inspection techniques on latest metrology equipment such as Hexagon ‘Blade’ or DMIS based Renishaw Modus and REVO scanning systems to inspect components

Stage 6: Inspection and Testing

Inspection and Testing: We use advanced inspection techniques on latest metrology equipment such as Hexagon ‘Blade’ or DMIS based Renishaw Modus and REVO scanning systems with five axis simultaneous scanning capability to inspect components up to 3 Metres in length.  We have large capacity non-destructive testing (NDT) including fluorescent penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection, and acid etch inspection. We also offer chemical blacking to support your tooling needs.

But it’s our advanced skills in the design and manufacture of Aerodynamic Models for wind tunnel testing that have earned us an international reputation. In association with wind tunnels both in the UK and Internationally, we manufacture models for Low speed, High Speed and Cryogenic testing, the latter requiring manufacture in maraging steels to tolerances on air-swept surfaces of within 0.025mm.
